Employee Spotlight: Lindsey Beane

Lindsey Beane joined Blackman & Sloop in May 2024 as a Client Accounting and Advisory Services Associate. She was drawn to the firm for its strong customer service values and support for employee growth.

The core value that resonates most with Lindsey is Exceed Client Expectations. Having grown up working in her family’s business — and later running her own — she views outstanding client service as second nature. “It always brought me joy to see our clients happy with the service we provided,” she says. “This value has been the key to making that a reality over the years.”
