Since joining Blackman & Sloop in January 2026, Allyra has brought a thoughtful, client-focused approach to her role as a Client Relationship Specialist. What stood out to her about the firm was the genuine warmth she encountered during the interview process. She appreciated seeing an environment where strong client relationships and employee well-being go hand in hand, making Blackman & Sloop feel like a place where she could thrive.
Allyra helps connect clients with the people and resources they need, serving as a key point of contact throughout their experience with the firm. Whether she’s coordinating meetings, tracking deadlines, organizing information, or helping manage client requests, she enjoys bringing structure to the details that keep everything on track. Her goal is to make each interaction feel personal and ensure clients feel informed, supported, and confident along the way.
Away from work, Allyra enjoys activities that challenge her creativity and patience. Puzzles are her favorite, and she’s currently working on her 13th puzzle of the year! She also loves building with LEGOs and seeing how each piece can come together to create something bigger.
Her curiosity extends past puzzles, too. Allyra hopes to explore Italy or Greece someday, drawn to the culture, beautiful scenery, and the way so much of life happens outdoors.
One fun fact about Allyra, is that she has lived in nine different states! Born in Texas, she has also lived in Virginia, Georgia, Hawaii, South Carolina, Mississippi, Missouri, Tennessee, and North Carolina. With so many places and experiences behind her, she brings a unique perspective to the relationships she builds and the work she does.
