Tax Senior Manager

Laura has been a valued member of Blackman & Sloop since 2018, bringing her expertise in estate and income tax planning to her role as Senior Tax Manager. Specializing in highnetworth individuals, trusts, and estates, Laura helps clients navigate complex tax issues with a compassionate and detailoriented approach. Her strong client relationships and dedication to providing personalized tax advice have made her a trusted advisor to many. In addition to her role in tax management, Laura is proud to serve as a mentor within the firm, supporting the development of future leaders.

Outside of work, Laura enjoys spending time with her family, including her husband Anthony, their two sons, and their Labrador Retriever, Maverick. She is passionate about charity work, travel, and staying active. Additionally, she is an advocate for the Alzheimer’s Foundation. Laura embodies the motto, “The only way to do great work is to love what you do”, bringing that passion and dedication to everything she does at Blackman & Sloop!
