Ross Stremme joined Blackman & Sloop in 2024 as an Audit Manager and advanced to Audit Senior Manager in 2025. He manages client engagements from start to finish, ensuring smooth execution and high–quality results. Ross ensures high–quality results while building strong relationships with clients. Ross enjoys the challenges of auditing and always learns something new with each project. He’s also passionate about mentoring his team, offering guidance and hands–on training to help them grow professionally.

Outside of work, Ross enjoys staying active through running, swimming, and weight training. He also enjoys cooking, baking, and reading. Ross resides in Bolingbrook, Illinois, with his dog, Zelda. His personal motto is, “Keep moving to maintain balance,” reflecting his commitment to both his professional and personal well–being.
