We Are Prepared and Ready to Help
As the situation with coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to develop, our entire team is ready to continue to support you through this critical time. Nothing is more important than our employees’ and clients’ health and safety, as well as the need to protect those most vulnerable to the coronavirus.
Measures Being Taken
We are taking multiple steps to minimize health risks to our employees, clients, and communities.
During this unprecedented time, we will utilize technology to prohibit the spread of germs and bacteria and promote healthy environments. We have been diligently ensuring our employees have effective remote capabilities. Effective end of day on Tuesday, March 17, the majority of our employees will be working remotely.
We ask that all needed information related to the services we provide for you be sent through electronic scanning or email. Blackman & Sloop has a secure portal that is easily accessible through our website.
Our preferred client delivery method is electronic and we will continue to encourage this method for delivery.
For clients that do not have access to electronic delivery methods, we will create a system that works specifically for you. Please reach out with any concerns.
We encourage our clients not to come to our offices. For the near future, we will be rescheduling face-to-face meetings with conference calls.
We are committed to continue servicing the needs of our clients while maintaining a safe and stable work environment for our employees. Due to the continuously-changing and unpredictable circumstances, should the need for an extension arise, you will be contacted by our team to discuss those options.
Please communicate any questions or concerns with your Blackman & Sloop team. Thank you for your understanding as we continue to monitor communications from a national, state, and local level.
