Promotions / New Hires:
Megan Simard joined the team on 2/17 as an Audit Manager.
Conferences / Seminars / Events:
Over the past few months, we’ve enjoyed visiting several schools: Accounting Networking Night at NCSU, Employer in the Foyer at ECU, Accounting Club Meeting at High Point University, Virtual Career Meet Up at UNC-Charlotte, and Beta Alpha Psi meeting at UNC-Greensboro! Thanks to everyone for their hospitality and for spending time with us!
Volunteerism/Community Events:
On February 28th, we volunteered at Backpack Beginnings (https://backpackbeginnings.org/) and enjoyed lunch afterwards. Our incoming summer interns joined us as well!

Office Happenings:
We kicked off February with a hike along the Eno River organized by our Wellness committee.
During February we observed our annual Appreciation Month and we took a moment to let our co-workers know just how much we appreciate them with personalized notes left on our Appreciation Wall.
We continued the theme of appreciation with an Employee Appreciation Day celebration on March 7.
We celebrated the return of the Thursday afternoon Bar Cart, and made sure to take brain breaks by collectively working on a puzzle in our kitchen, sampling margaritas and yummy food on National Margarita Day, and finishing up the March tax deadline with a happy hour celebration!
