The certified public accounting firm of Blackman & Sloop CPAs, P.A. proudly announces the promotion of Ben Johnson, CPA, MBA, to the role of principal.

Johnson joined Blackman & Sloop in 2012 and most recently served as a senior manager. In his new role as a principal, Johnson will continue to lead and expand the Trust & Estate Department. Johnson has worked tirelessly over the years to build the firm’s reputation with high net worth individuals, offering high-quality trust & estate services.

A graduate of the University of Vermont, Johnson holds a Master of Business Administration degree. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the North Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants (NCACPA). Johnson currently resides in Chapel Hill, North Carolina.
